This wine is named after our youngest daughter. This is a mix of varieties of whites from all vineyards, predominately made with Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Ortega, Siegerrebe, Kerner and more. Imparting flavours of citrus, apple and stone fruit, it’s made brut, aged 5 years with a very fruit forward finish and more complexity than the previous vintage.
